Please note that the following procedure applies only to the products ordered in the home&you online shop.

If you want to submit a complaint about a product purchased in one of our brick-and-mortar shops, please do it directly in that shop.

We are doing our best to keep our products in perfect condition. However, if, despite our best efforts, the products have defects or broke down through no fault of your own, you can make a complaint withing 2 years of purchase.

Please pack the returned product safely to make sure it is not broken during shipping (we suggest using the original packaging), fill out the COMPLAINT form (download the document) and send the package with the document to the following address:

Send the package with the advertised product at your expense, we do not accept cash on delivery. Shipping costs will be refunded based on the presented (sent) confirmation of posting the package, which shows the amount of costs incurred for this service.

Submit a complaint by email when you receive:

  • damaged product (broken, chipped, cracked, stained, etc.)
  • incomplete product (no parts)
  • other product than ordered
  • incomplete order (no product)
  • another customer's order

So that we can process your complaint, send photos showing the defect / damage to the product and a scan / photo of the damage report, if it was written with a courier. The size of attached photos should not exceed 15 MB. The subject of the message should include the order number (HY ...) and the word "complaint" (e.g. Complaint HY123456). Include in the content a short description of the complaint, name / index of the advertised product and indicate how many pieces of the product you are advertising.

If it is not possible to process your complaint by email, a complaint department employee may ask you to send the goods (in accordance with the store regulations accepted when placing the order).

The controller, BBK S.A. with its registered office at ul. Magnacka 15A, 80-180 Kowale, informs that the personal data revealed in the above form will be processed solely for the purposes of evaluating the submitted declaration on rescission of a distance agreement / complaint. Without a separate consent, the revealed personal data will not be shared with recipients of the personal data. You have the right to access the data content and to rectify them. Provision of the data is voluntary, however without them the above purposes cannot be fulfilled.
